Deadlines:

Friday, March 12, 2010 – Registration Deadline. Make sure you secure lodging before registering. If you are unable to do so, please contact Erin Hauge at 916-448-1198 x323, or erin 'AT' lgc 'DOT' org. 

Conference Registration

Registration fees for participants and guests include all refreshment breaks, Saturday continental breakfast, box lunch and dinner, and Sunday continental breakfast, plus all conference sessions and materials. A pre-conference session is held on Thursday, March 18. There is a separate fee of $20 to attend.

Note: A "guest" refers to someone that will be accompanying you to sessions and meals. If a person will not be joining us for sessions and meals, then you do not need to puchase a "guest" registration.

The registration deadline is Friday, March 12, 2010.  A late fee of $50 will be added to registrations after that date.  Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.  The name of the substitute, along with complete contact information, must be provided in advance of the conference dates.

If you prefer, you may  download the registration form (PDF) and send in the form with your payment. 

A particpant confirmation notice will be sent out via email prior to the conference with more details on travel and conference activities. Visit lgc.org/events for more details about the conference and for updates to the agenda.

Lodging

Lodging is not included in the registration fee. Please use the Yosemite Concession Services Corp. Reservation Request Form to reserve your lodging — the deadline is February 16, 2010. After this date we will have to release our room block. It is highly recommended that you secure your lodging before registering for the conference.

This year attendees will also be able to reserve their lodging on-line. Instructions are as follows:

• If the dates shown are your desired arrival and departure date please skip to step 8.
  • If the dates shown are not your desired arrival and departure dates please click on the “back” or “search again” button located on the accommodations page. Do not use the back arrow on your browser as it will take you back to your link and you will need to start over.
• Enter your dates in the "Check In" and “Check Out” field.
• Enter in number of guest. Do not erase or change the “Group Code”
• Click “Continue”.
• Select a room type then click “Book It”
• Enter your guest contact information then click “Confirm Information”
• Verify booking and contact Information. Then click continue
• After completing your online reservation if you would like to add additional nights before or after your stay please contact our group reservation office to check rates and availability:
